Yes! Parents can be present in the session and interact with child and trainer. However, at times, it is more therapeutic for the parents to wait in the lobby. All parents are educated in ways to carryover achievements made within the session.

DUE TO CHANGES IN HEALTH CARE WE NO LONGER ACCEPT INSURANCE

WE OFFER GREAT RATES ON INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SESSIONS. We are no longer a Pediatric OT clinic we are NOW a Learning Center that allows all children to attend not only those with a medical need.

This will vary per individual and is very hard to predict. It depends on rate of progress and active participation at home and at school.

When necessary, therapists will communicate with teachers and other school professionals to maximize learning environments.

Appointments are 50 minutes long. This allows the trainer time to chat with the parents if necessary and to document after the session. Time will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. Cancellation is allowed within a 24 hr notice. However, a charge of $35.00 is applied for “no-shows.”

Our hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This does allow for before or after school therapy times, which are very popular. If after school slots are needed but are unavailable, we suggest to begin therapy and we will gladly put your name on the waiting list and the first available after school slot will be your priority.

NO due to the fact that we are now considered a learning center with the added bonus of having a Doctorate Level Occupational Therapist doing the training sessions.

We accept cash, check (with valid ID), all major credit cards (excluding American Express), and PayPal.
